We as INTECH own a Sludge Recovery System (SRS) based on Crude Oil Washing (COW) method. The SRS crushes the Sludge and fluidizes the hydrocarbons, by using fresh Crude Oil to dissolve the accumulated Sludge in Crude oil storage tanks. By this technique, almost 90 – 95% of the contained oil in the Sludge is recovered and delivered to the Client.

This System is a Closed Loop Process and is a No-Man Entry concept which in return it gives maximum Safety to Personnel and the Environment. This method has already been applied by us in desludging of Crude Oil Storage Tanks of volumes ranging from 250 KBBL to 500 KBBL for various Clients. The results had a positive impact on our clients financially and in terms of environment by minimizing the waste disposal and recovering almost 90 to 95% of the oil present in the sludge and of course on us too, by having received their full satisfaction feed-back.  INTECH is always seeking for the latest technology available in the market in order to better serve our respectable clients in terms of QHSE.

INTECH is available to provide Mechanical De-Coking by using Pigging system for the removal of Coke, Scale and hard pipe deposits.

INTECH has invested in acquiring very high-pressure pumps up to 1500 bars with its complete accessories which is run by highly skilled operators who have good command of cleaning the internals of heat exchangers of hard deposits on the inside and outside surfaces of the tubes.
