FLAME FRONT IGNITION AND CONTROL PANEL The principle of flame front ignition is fairly simple. A pipe is filled with a gas air mixture and an ignition source is applied on the mixing chamber. The resulting flame travels until it reaches the end of the pipe, where it acts as ignition source for a pilot burner. The Ignition Control Panel is complete with: Continuous Pilot Line (gas) c/w: – Instruments and valves Ignition Line (air and gas) c/w: – Instruments, valves and ignition chamber Control Panel c/w: -Main Switch -Ignition buttons -Lamps -Instruments -Explosion proof boxes -Ignition transformer -Spark plug Supporting Structure for control panel: All the equipment’s and devices will be mechanically installed on a carbon steel frame provided with base and suitable weather protection canopy.
