PROVISION OF INSPECTION SERVICES WITH IRIS TECHNIQUE ON SRU T1 SECOND SULPHUR CONDENSER (HA006) AND SRU T3 FIRST SULPHUR CONDENSER (HA005) AT MELLITAH COMPLEX

SCOPE OF WORK

To provide qualified and experienced personnel and equipment to carry out IRIS testing of SRU T1 Second Sulphur Condenser (HA006) and SRU T3 First Sulphur Condenser (HA005).

1. The ultrasonic IRIS option is used to inspect a wide range of materials, including ferrous, nonferrous, and nonmetallic tubing. This technique detects and sizes wall loss resulting from corrosion, erosion, wear, pitting, cracking, and baffle cuts.
2. Mobilization of manpower – Mobilization of three (3) manpower (2 certified NDT Inspectors (ASNT Level 2) & 1 assistant)
3. Intech/Service provider shall mobilize the equipment and accessories to carry out the inspection of SRU T1 Second Sulphur Condenser (HA006) and SRU T3 First Sulphur Condenser (HA005) from/to native country.
4. Temporary import & Custom Clearance of the device.
5. Issuance of Desert pass & MOG gate pass for the involved personnel’s.
6. Preparation of Risk Assessment & Method of Statement.
7. Final custom clearance to Re-export the device.
8. VISA for the involved manpower.
9. Internal transportation of the personnel’s & equipment.
10. Food & Accommodation for NDT Inspectors.
11. Detailed inspection report (Hardcopy & softcopy) which incorporates all the complete details of the tubes will be prepared and will be submitted to client 10 working days after the job completion.

DURATION

The minimum duration for the 100 % inspection of tubes of both Sulphur condenser shall be of 10 working days with IRIS technique.
